The Combat Fitness Challenge is a new interval style fitness program. CFC combines elements of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training, Cardio, and Old School Strength Training. You’ll punch bags, hit and flip tires, throw sandbags, and more! This workout is a blast, and never the same twice.
Typical classes are between 30 and 45 minutes in length, and will run you through a series of stations designed to pump up your whole body. A Total Body Workout is the goal… we leave nothing out! You’ll do Cardio, Core/Ab Work, with Strength and Conditioning all in the same workout, all without those boring machines at most gyms.
