Our Ultimate Burn Kickboxing or UBK classes are NON CONTACT classes that are designed to teach the student basic kickboxing moves and combinations, and an incredible cardio workout at the same time. During a typical class you will warm up with footwork and stretching, then do bag and pad work. Ab/core work and stretching usually round out this incredible workout. This workout is fun and exciting, and you will burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories in every hour class. There really is no workout on the planet that approaches this type of total body workout.
