Ultimate Burn Kickboxing
Our Ultimate Burn Kickboxing or UBK classes are NON CONTACT classes that are designed to teach the student basic kickboxing moves and combinations, and an incredible cardio workout at the same time. During a typical class you will warm up with footwork and stretching, then do bag and pad work. Ab/core work and stretching usually round out this incredible workout. This workout is fun and exciting, and you will burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories in every hour class. There really is no workout on the planet that approaches this type of total body workout.

Designed to fit the busy schedules of today's society, UBK provides all of the benefits of spending hours in a regular gym in a fraction of the time. Research proves to us that 30 minutes of exercise only 3 times per week provides health benefits that greatly reduce the risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and cholesterol problems. In just 2 classes per week, you'll develop functional strength and endurance in less time than you ever imagined. If you have never done any kind of Boxing or Kickboxing training, don't worry! Combat Fitness Challenge
The Combat Fitness Challenge is a new interval style fitness program. CFC combines elements of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) training, Cardio, and Old School Strength Training. You’ll punch bags, hit and flip tires, throw sandbags, and more! This workout is a blast, and never the same twice.

Typical classes are 30 minutes in length, and will run you through a series of stations designed to pump up your whole body. A Total Body Workout is the goal…we leave nothing out! You’ll do Cardio, Core/Ab Work, and Strength and Conditioning all in the same workout, and all without those boring machines at most gyms.
